URA launched the tender for the land Parcel B @ Slim Barracks Rise on 15/6/2021. The tender was closed on 28 September 2021, with 10 competitive bids. This 5,936.6 Sqm of land attracted a total of 10 bids due to the excellent locality. The enthusiastic bidding in today’s tender is due to an upbeat market with rising prices while declining unsold inventory is prompting developers to replenish their land banks.
Kingsford Development won the tender at the top bid of $162,388,000 or $1,210 per sqft per plot ratio. The Hill will be the next most sought-after condominium in the One-North precinct.
